10. Data Protection and Security Measures

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Google user data and other sensitive information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Our security measures include:

  • Encryption of data transmitted between users, Boderia systems, and Google services using HTTPS/TLS.
  • Secure storage and protection of sensitive information, including authentication credentials and OAuth tokens.
  • Access controls that restrict access to user data only to authorized systems and personnel who require it.
  • Least-privilege access practices, requesting only the Google permissions required to provide requested features.
  • Security monitoring and logging to help detect unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
  • Processes for revoking access and deleting or anonymizing connected Google account information when users disconnect their account or request deletion, subject to legal obligations.

While no online service can guarantee complete security, we continuously maintain safeguards designed to protect Google user data and personal information.

You may revoke Boderia's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account security settings or by disconnecting your Google account within Boderia where available.
