Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 April 2026
Adonis Media respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personally identifiable information (“Data”) when you use our website and services, including MetamorphOS™ and related software we operate.
This Policy applies to Data we process through our sites and platforms. It does not apply to entities we do not own or control, or to people who are not our employees, agents, or contractors acting on our instructions. Please also read our Terms and Conditions.
1. Introduction
We take your right to privacy seriously. This Policy describes Data that may be collected when you use our website and services. If you connect third-party accounts (such as Google, YouTube, or Google Ads), additional information may be processed as described in Section 8 below.
2. Collection of Data
Registration or account creation may require a valid email address and a unique user ID and password (or equivalent authentication). Providing information is voluntary where the law allows.
Your username, email address, or other content you submit may contain personal information and may be displayed in the product where that feature is intended.
Like many online services, we may automatically collect general technical information such as IP address, device or browser type, and cookie data, as described in Section 4.
If you choose to connect integrations (for example, Google), we may receive Data from those providers as described in Section 8.
3. Use of Data
We use Data to:
- provide, operate, maintain, and secure our website and services;
- customise and improve your experience;
- communicate with you about the service (for example, support and important notices); and
- comply with legal obligations and protect our legitimate interests, where permitted by law.
We will not provide your Data to third parties except where:
- this Policy allows it;
- you consent (for example, opt-in sharing where applicable);
- a third party helps us provide the service as a processor under our instructions (for example, hosting);
- required by law, regulation, legal process, or lawful requests from public authorities;
- we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, Adonis Media, or the public; or
- we undergo a business transfer (for example, a merger or acquisition), in which case Data may be transferred subject to appropriate safeguards.
If you follow links to third-party websites, their privacy policies apply to those sites.
4. Cookies
We may use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience (for example, remembering settings or keeping you signed in). Where required, we will obtain consent in line with applicable law.
If advertisements appear on our website, third-party ad providers may use their own technologies subject to their policies. Those providers do not receive access to our first-party cookies.
5. Children
Our services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly allow persons aged sixteen (16) or younger to become members where age restrictions apply. If you believe a child has provided Data to us, please contact us using the details at the end of this Policy.
6. Editing or Deleting Your Account Information
Where our product provides account settings, you may be able to update certain account information directly in the product.
You may request deletion of your user account by contacting us. Some information may remain where we have a lawful basis to retain it (for example, security logs, billing records, or content not stored solely within your account). For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.
7. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice in a reasonable manner (for example, a prominent notice on our website or a notice within the product or email to your registered address, where appropriate).
8. Google APIs, YouTube, Google Ads, and MetamorphOS™
8.1 Overview
MetamorphOS™ and related services may allow you to optionally connect your own Google account to enable features that interact with Google services, including YouTube, YouTube Analytics, and, where available, Google Ads.
We access Google user data only when you complete Google’s OAuth consent flow in our application and only to provide the in-product features you request.
We do not use Google user data for surreptitious tracking, for advertising profiling unrelated to your use of our product, or to train generalized artificial intelligence models from Google user data.
8.2 OAuth credentials
If you connect Google, Google may display a consent screen listing the permissions (scopes) requested by our application. If you approve, Google may provide our platform with OAuth credentials (such as an access token and, where applicable, a refresh token) that allow our systems to call Google APIs on your behalf.
We store and use these credentials only to:
- maintain the connection you initiated;
- refresh access when needed; and
- perform actions you trigger in the product.
8.3 Categories of Google services and example uses
Depending on the features you use, our platform may interact with:
- YouTube Data API and YouTube-related permissions: to read and/or manage your YouTube channel and video information as needed for publishing, scheduling, uploads, and related workflows you initiate.
- YouTube Analytics API (readonly): to retrieve aggregated analytics about your connected channel or videos to display performance reporting inside the product.
- Google Ads API (the permission commonly presented as access to Google Ads): to access your Google Ads account information and perform Google Ads operations you initiate in the product (for example, creating or managing campaigns associated with your connected Ads customer, where this functionality is available).
The specific fields returned depend on Google’s APIs and your account configuration. We use this information solely to operate the features you use and to display results back to you in the product.
8.4 Legal bases (where applicable)
Where required by applicable law (for example, UK or EEA users), we process this information to perform our contract with you and/or based on your consent provided through Google OAuth, limited to the purposes described in this Section 8.
8.5 Sharing and subprocessors
We do not sell your Google user data.
We may process and store information using service providers or hosting providers who assist us in operating our platform. Those providers process information in accordance with our instructions and appropriate contractual safeguards where required by law.
8.6 Retention
We retain Google-related connection data and tokens only as long as needed to provide the connected features and to meet legal, security, and operational requirements (such as backups and fraud prevention).
When you disconnect an integration or request account deletion (where applicable), we will delete or anonymise associated connection data within a reasonable period, subject to lawful retention needs.
8.7 Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect stored credentials and account data, including access controls appropriate to a hosted software product.
8.8 Your controls and revocation
You may revoke our application’s access at any time through your Google Account settings for third-party app access, and/or through disconnect controls in our product where available.
Revocation stops ongoing access under that authorisation; some security or audit records may be retained where permitted by law.
8.9 International transfers (if applicable)
If you access our services from outside Australia or the United Kingdom, your information may be processed or stored in countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required by applicable law, we will implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
8.10 Google API Services User Data Policy
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy
9. No Guarantees
While this Policy describes our standards for maintaining Data, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding the absolute security or nondisclosure of Data.
10. Contact information
