Commercial environment supporting B2B revenue growth and scale
Compare Boderia Programs

Which Boderia program is right for your business?

The right starting point depends on what is currently limiting your ability to grow.

Compare Revenue Foundations, Revenue Growth and Revenue Scale to understand which program best matches your current commercial priorities, constraints and stage of development.

Three commercial situations

Start with the problem that matters most.

The programs are not larger and smaller versions of the same service. Each one addresses a different commercial condition.

02

Revenue Growth

Increase revenue performance.

Are you creating, converting and expanding enough commercial opportunity?

You have a proven business and reasonable commercial foundations. The opportunity now is performance.

Pipeline, demand, conversion, customer development or reactivation may need to improve through coordinated execution.

Best suited when: The primary constraint is generating, converting or expanding revenue consistently.

Engagement: Ongoing managed program with an initial 12-month engagement.

Investment: From AU$7,500 + GST per month.

03

Revenue Scale

Build capacity to scale.

Has growth created more complexity than your commercial environment can comfortably carry?

More people, systems, channels, data, processes and decisions are making the organisation harder to coordinate.

The commercial environment itself now needs greater integration, visibility, direction and governance.

Best suited when: The primary constraint is commercial complexity, coordination and scalability.

Engagement: Ongoing flagship operating engagement with an initial 12-month term.

Investment: From AU$15,000 + GST per month.

How Boderia's role changes

One connected model. Different levels of responsibility.

01

Revenue Foundations

Assesses, architects and builds.

Boderia establishes stronger foundations, implements the agreed environment and enables the organisation to operate it.

02

Revenue Growth

Operates and improves.

The Revenue Team works alongside internal people to generate demand, improve conversion, develop customers and optimise commercial performance.

03

Revenue Scale

Operates and governs.

The Commercial Platform, Revenue Team and Commercial Leadership work together as an integrated operating capability around the organisation.

You do not have to start at the beginning

The programs describe different situations, not a required sequence.

A $20 million organisation can still need Revenue Foundations if its commercial infrastructure has developed without sufficient architecture. A larger organisation with sound systems may simply need Revenue Growth. A smaller but more complex organisation may already require Revenue Scale.

Completing Revenue Foundations does not mean you must progress into Revenue Growth or Revenue Scale. Your internal team may operate the environment Boderia has established, supported by the Boderia Commercial Platform and agreed ongoing support.

The appropriate starting point depends on your commercial objectives, maturity, complexity, capability, infrastructure, constraints and execution requirements.

A wider perspective on commercial decision-making
Recognise your primary constraint

The program should follow the problem, not the label.

Weak pipeline can be caused by insufficient demand, poor positioning, low conversion, inconsistent sales follow-up, weak customer data, the wrong technology or several of these at once.

What initially looks like a marketing problem may actually be a wider commercial systems problem. Likewise, a business with sound foundations may not need to rebuild them before improving performance.

Our role is to understand the environment, identify the constraint and determine the appropriate starting point.

What if multiple problems apply?

Commercial constraints rarely exist in isolation.

A fragmented CRM can affect reporting, follow-up and conversion. Weak positioning can affect demand, sales conversations and customer value. Increasing complexity can expose weaknesses that were less visible when the organisation was smaller.

That does not mean every program is required. It means the starting point should reflect the primary constraint and the level of responsibility Boderia needs to assume.

We will identify what needs to be solved first, what can be addressed alongside it and which program provides the most appropriate commercial response.

Investment comparison

The starting investment reflects the responsibility Boderia assumes.

These are starting points, not fixed packages. Final investment depends on the organisation, commercial priorities, complexity, required capability, infrastructure and level of responsibility.

01

Revenue Foundations

From AU$25,000 + GST

One-off implementation. The Boderia Commercial Platform and ongoing support are scoped separately according to requirements.

02

Ongoing managed growth program with an initial 12-month engagement.

03

Revenue Scale

From AU$15,000 + GST per month

Ongoing flagship operating engagement with an initial 12-month term.

Frequently asked questions

Comparing Revenue Programs.

The right program depends on the primary commercial constraint facing the organisation.

Revenue Foundations is designed for organisations where the environment underneath growth needs strengthening.

Revenue Growth is designed for organisations with reasonable foundations that need to generate, convert and expand revenue more consistently.

Revenue Scale is designed for organisations where growth, complexity or ambition requires a more integrated commercial operating environment.

You do not need to diagnose this yourself. Boderia will assess the current environment, commercial priorities and level of responsibility required before recommending the appropriate starting point.

The programs are not sequential packages or different tiers of the same service.

An organisation with strong commercial foundations can enter Revenue Growth directly. An organisation with sufficient complexity can enter Revenue Scale without completing either Revenue Foundations or Revenue Growth first.

Likewise, company size or revenue alone does not determine the appropriate program.

We start with the commercial problem that needs solving.

Revenue Foundations focuses primarily on establishing the environment required for growth.

Boderia assesses the existing commercial environment, defines the required architecture and implements stronger foundations across areas such as positioning, customer data, CRM, websites, processes, technology, measurement and commercial infrastructure.

Revenue Growth assumes those foundations are reasonably sound and focuses primarily on improving revenue performance through areas such as demand generation, conversion, pipeline development, customer growth, reactivation and ongoing optimisation.

Revenue Growth may still include some foundational improvements, but they are not the primary purpose of the engagement.

Revenue Growth primarily asks:

How do we generate, convert, retain and expand more revenue?

Revenue Scale asks a broader question:

How do we make the commercial environment capable of sustaining greater growth?

Revenue Growth is predominantly performance-oriented. Boderia works alongside the organisation to improve demand, pipeline, conversion, customer development and commercial performance.

Revenue Scale is system-oriented. Boderia assumes greater responsibility across commercial infrastructure, specialist execution, leadership, coordination and governance.

In simple terms:

Revenue Growth — Boderia operates and improves.

Revenue Scale — Boderia operates, leads and governs.

No.

Revenue Scale is Boderia's flagship operating engagement because the nature of the responsibility changes, not simply the amount of work being delivered.

A Revenue Growth client may need significant specialist execution but already have an appropriate commercial operating environment.

A Revenue Scale client typically faces broader complexity across people, processes, technology, data, execution and leadership.

Revenue Scale therefore extends beyond improving commercial performance into designing, operating and governing the environment required to sustain it.

Revenue Foundations is a standalone transformation and implementation engagement.

Once the agreed environment has been established, the organisation may:

  • operate it internally using the Boderia Commercial Platform with agreed ongoing support;
  • continue working with Boderia through Revenue Growth;
  • progress into Revenue Scale where the organisation's complexity and requirements justify it.

There is no requirement to progress into another Revenue Program.

The Commercial Platform is fundamental to the Boderia model, but its role differs according to the program.

Within Revenue Foundations, Boderia establishes and configures the Platform around the agreed commercial architecture. Ongoing Platform and support requirements are scoped separately from the initial implementation.

Within Revenue Growth, relevant Platform capability is deployed around the growth priorities and commercial requirements of the organisation.

Within Revenue Scale, the Commercial Platform becomes core infrastructure within the wider commercial operating environment.

Existing specialist technology can remain where it serves a clear purpose and supports the agreed architecture.

Not automatically.

Boderia does not replace technology simply for the sake of consolidation.

Existing systems can remain where they perform a clear function and fit the wider commercial architecture.

Where technology duplicates capability, fragments customer data or processes, creates unnecessary operational complexity, or forces the organisation to work around its limitations, Boderia may recommend consolidating those functions into the Commercial Platform.

The objective is a more connected commercial environment, not replacing every piece of software.

Usually not.

Boderia is designed to work alongside capable internal people.

Your team brings organisational knowledge, customer relationships and operational experience. Boderia provides the commercial infrastructure, specialist capability and direction required around them.

The level of integration increases across the programs, from implementation within Revenue Foundations, to managed execution within Revenue Growth, to a more integrated operating relationship within Revenue Scale.

Current starting investments are:

Revenue Foundations — from AU$25,000 + GST
A defined implementation engagement, with ongoing Commercial Platform and support requirements scoped separately.

Revenue Growth — from AU$7,500 + GST per month
An ongoing managed program with an initial 12-month engagement.

Revenue Scale — from AU$15,000 + GST per month
Boderia's flagship operating engagement, with an initial 12-month engagement.

Final investment depends on the commercial environment, complexity, required specialist capability, Platform requirements and the level of responsibility Boderia assumes.

The programs involve different types of responsibility.

Revenue Foundations is primarily a defined transformation and implementation engagement. Boderia assesses, architects and builds the commercial foundations required by the organisation.

Revenue Growth and Revenue Scale involve ongoing operation, execution and improvement.

Revenue Scale additionally involves broader commercial leadership, coordination and governance.

The commercial model therefore reflects the nature and duration of Boderia's responsibility rather than simply the number of services included.

The Revenue Foundations implementation starts from AU$25,000 + GST and includes the work required to assess, architect and implement the agreed commercial environment.

The ongoing Boderia Commercial Platform and support requirements are scoped separately according to the infrastructure, functionality and level of support the organisation requires.

This separates the initial transformation from the ongoing infrastructure and support relationship.

Not automatically.

Advertising media spend, specialist third-party services, external software licences, data and other third-party costs are separate unless specifically included within the agreed scope.

Boderia will identify these requirements as part of the engagement so the organisation understands the wider commercial investment required.

That's common. Commercial problems rarely fit neatly into one category.

A business may need stronger foundations while also needing more pipeline.

A growing organisation may need immediate performance improvement while also dealing with increasing commercial complexity.

The programs identify the primary commercial constraint and the level of responsibility Boderia needs to assume.

Boderia can address related issues within the engagement where appropriate, rather than requiring the organisation to purchase multiple programs simultaneously.

You don't need to decide before speaking with Boderia.

The purpose of the Revenue Programs is to provide different starting points for different commercial situations, not to require the client to diagnose their own organisation.

We will look at where the business is today, where it wants to go, what is constraining progress, and what level of involvement is required.

From there, we can recommend the appropriate starting point.

Find your starting point

You do not need to know which program you need.

You need to know what is preventing the business from getting where it wants to go. Boderia will help identify the constraint, determine the appropriate starting point and establish the commercial environment, capability and direction required to move forward.
