The High Ground
About Boderia

Boderia was built to make revenue work as one system.

Boderia is defining a more disciplined way for complex B2B organisations to grow: one governed revenue system connecting strategy, operations, technology, data, execution and leadership.

The Boderia Perspective
Complex B2B organisations High-consideration markets Governed commercial growth
Why the category must change

Growth problems are often structural, not effort-based.

Most organisations are not short of effort. They have capable people, established tools, active campaigns, experienced sales teams and ambitious growth plans.

The problem is that these elements rarely operate as one system. Marketing works within one set of priorities. Sales works within another. Customer success inherits decisions it did not help shape. Operations attempts to connect everything through reports, meetings and manual intervention.

As complexity increases, visibility declines. Ownership becomes unclear. Decisions become reactive. Growth becomes harder to explain, repeat and control.

The category does not need another tool. It needs a governed operating standard.

More activity does not resolve fragmentation. Better structure does.

Our point of view

Revenue is an organisational system.

It is not a marketing campaign, a sales pipeline, a CRM, a dashboard or a collection of disconnected initiatives.

Revenue is the result of how strategy, people, processes, information and technology operate together across the entire commercial lifecycle.

That is the system Boderia is built to design, operate and govern.

The Boderia standard

A new standard for how B2B revenue is structured, governed and operated.

Our role is to define the operating model, build the infrastructure and help govern its performance.

Platform

The shared commercial operating environment.

Establish the lifecycle, ownership model, decision rights, handoffs, standards and cadence required to coordinate revenue across the organisation.

Revenue Team

The specialist capability that operates and improves the system.

Unify the workflows, technology, automation, intelligence and reporting required to operate without fragmented tools and manual intervention.

Leadership

The strategic governance and accountability layer.

Create clear accountability, leadership visibility and continuous improvement mechanisms so the system becomes stronger as the organisation evolves.

What guides us

Built around one clear ambition.

Our Vision

To set the global standard for how B2B revenue systems are structured, governed and operated.

Boderia intends to define the category, not simply participate in it.

Our Mission

To implement and operate Governed Revenue Systems through Platform, Revenue Team and Leadership.

Our Purpose

To replace commercial fragmentation with systems that make organisations stronger.

Why Boderia

We do not add another layer.
We bring the layers together.

The Traditional Approach The Boderia Approach
Separate strategy, technology and delivery partners One governed commercial environment
Multiple platforms with overlapping functions Strategy connected directly to execution
Teams measured through disconnected metrics Shared lifecycle, definitions and performance standards
Responsibility distributed across several suppliers Clear ownership across every revenue stage
Improvements implemented as isolated projects Continuous optimisation built into the operating mode

One company. One standard. One accountable system.

The name

Boderia represents the high ground.

Boderia is derived from an ancient name associated with the Firth of Forth in Scotland.

For us, it represents perspective, resilience and the advantage that comes from rising above complexity.

We help leadership teams move beyond fragmented activity and gain the structure, visibility and control required to direct revenue with confidence.

The high ground is not reached through more activity. It is reached through better design.

Scotish High Ground
How we operate

The principles built into every Boderia engagement.

Structure before scale

Establish the structure required to support growth before adding volume, technology or complexity.

Clarity over complexity

Create clear ownership, defined processes, shared information and understandable decision pathways.

Accountability by design

Build explicit responsibilities, handoffs, standards and measures into the operating system.

Evidence over assumption

Create the visibility required to understand what is happening, why it is happening and what should happen next.

Build what lasts

Build systems that evolve with the organisation and compound in value over time.

Firth of Forth Bridges
The turning point

“The opportunity was never to build a better agency. It was to build the system that growth agencies, software platforms and internal teams were all attempting to operate around.”

Derek Buntin and Chloe Buntin · Co-Founders, Boderia

After years working across technology, operations, marketing, sales and commercial strategy, we repeatedly encountered the same pattern: businesses were investing heavily in growth, yet the infrastructure beneath that growth remained fragmented.

Marketing agencies focused on campaigns. Software providers focused on platforms. Consultants produced strategy. Internal teams were left to connect the pieces.

Boderia evolved from the belief that these disciplines should not be designed independently.

Leadership

The people advancing the standard.

Boderia's leadership remains directly accountable for the architecture, decision-making and performance of the system.

The team behind the system

Multidisciplinary by necessity.

A governed revenue system cannot be created by a single discipline.
